The 6th annual Riverway Meats BBQ Battle is coming to Barlett Park on May 22-23.
Join us on Friday night from 6-9pm as teams compete in the Steak Cookoff Association comp. Competing to turn in the best steaks who will win.
Saturday, gates open at 9am, with teams competing in the Australian Barbeque Alliance comp turning in the best that low and slow has to offer.
And fancy yourself to cook a great steak, then sign-up for Backyard BBQ Wars. All equipment, rubs and steak provided. Great prizes for the punter with the best steak.

For the third year running, Mabel is rolling into the Rowes Bay Golf Club Open Day—and at this point, it just wouldn’t be the same without her. Her smoker fires up early, the aromas drift across the greens, and before long she’s drawing a crowd the way only Mabel can. Her food has become a signature part of the day, and regulars know to arrive hungry.
But the Open Day isn’t just about great barbecue—it’s a full family adventure. Kids and adults alike can jump into free putting challenges, try their hand (or foot) at foot golf, and explore the course in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
