The Steak Cookoff Association will fire up the grills with sizzling, high‑stakes steak action, while the Australian BBQ Alliance teams battle it out low‑and‑slow for championship glory. And when you’re not watching the pros compete, you can head over to the Mabel Stage, where cooking demos, tastings, live entertainment, and crowd‑pleasing BBQ fun keep the energy rolling all day long.

A centerpiece of the BBQ Battle is our custom offset smoker - Mabel who forms the stage and show front for our event. She puts on a show like nothing you’ve seen before.
